A First Prize golfing trophy for winning the 1928 "Army and Navy (Hospital) Tournament" at The Hot Springs Golf and Country Club, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Prize awarded to Mr. Russy Brown. This information is beautifully inscribed on the top of the foot. Sterling silver goblet is model no.115 by R. Wallace and Sons Mfg. Co., Wallingford, Conn. This Wallace information as well as the date mark for 1927 is under the foot. Goblet 6-3/8 inches tall. Goblet in very good condition, showing a small dent on the underside of the bowl and some smaller dents and a little scuffing around the bowl circumference. Several small black dots inside the bowl at the bottom. This goblet is one of Wallace's most beautiful. It makes for a very stately trophy.
